Acceptance of subscription and one-time payment terms

These conditions are accepted upon subscription and one-time payment for the Threads Downloader Premium service.

Subscription

Parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a regular and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set monthly.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew on the same terms unless you cancel 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. You can cancel your renewal by visiting the Subscriptions page on Google Play.

Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the paid period, but the premium will be available until the end of the current subscription.

One-time payment

With a one-time purchase, you get premium access forever.

Restore purchase

Restoration of access to premium is carried out automatically on new devices or when reinstalling the application. No action is required from you. You only need to use the same Google Play account.

Fee changes

Threads Downloader, at its sole discretion and at any time, may change the subscription price. Any change to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Threads Downloader will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any changes in subscription prices to enable you to terminate your subscription before such change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the entry into force of the change in the Subscription fee means your agreement to pay the changed amount of the Subscription fee.

Refunds

According to our policies, subscription fees and one-time payments are non-refundable.

Changes

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or replace these Terms at any time. If the fix is material, we will endeavor to notify you.

By continuing to access or use our Service after these changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the Service.
